Michael & Kris had major issues with their top floor master bedroom and living area which was getting way too hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter, rendering it unusable.

Once they decided to totally renovate and insulate the top floor, our APS consultant suggested Low E Max glass to reduce heat penetration through the windows by 73%. This change totally transformed the temperatures in their master bedroom and living area, now making them liveable & useable areas of their home.

APS also changed the front door to offer an offset double door in Golden Oak UPVC which has not only has this made their home more secure, it has allowed them to create a grand entrance and move in large furniture as required.
