COVID-19 UPDATE

Our team of representatives typically offer product demonstrations in the home, at this stage we are still happy to continue with this process if you so wish. Current government recommendations are to promote social distancing, as such we would advise that you ensure we have a table or work area that we work from where the representative can sit on the other side to protect all parties. All our representatives carry hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes to ensure you can clean the area after the visit.
Alternatively, APS Double Glazing Melbourne will be immediately introducing a two-step virtual quoting service, this will assist clients who may have underlying health issues or be in a higher risk category or who simply do not want a face to face meeting due to current concerns. 1. Once we receive your enquiry, we will schedule a 15-20 min video meeting (the time will depend on item numbers and could be longer) our representative will discuss our company, products and designs giving a brief overview of our services.
2. You will need to send the representative pictures and sizes so they can estimate the work required and formulate a quote.
3. We will arrange a second video meeting and send you the quote, at this meeting we would ask for all interested parties to be present so we can answer any questions and fully explain the quotation.
