We could not be more pleased and satisfied with the installation of our 14 double-glazed windows and one door by APS Double Glazing. The quality of the installation can only be described as outstanding. Being a bluestone-walled house, the fitting of the windows created an extra level of difficulty regarding sealing and finishing. That was not a problem for Sam and his two co-workers, Hudson and Leon. All the old windows were removed with no damage to the infrastructure, and the new windows were installed with surgical precision. All gaps were meticulously filled, and the inside and outside window surrounds were perfectly finished off. The caulking around the windows against the bluestone was exceptional. The installation team were very friendly and super careful in protecting the work surroundings.
They also patiently answered my endless questions. Credit must also go to the office staff for keeping us informed by phone and email of the manufacturing progress and installation appointment dates.
The performance of the double glazing was immediately noticeable, with the overnight temperature inside the house dropping much less than previously and far less outside noise penetrating.
This is truly a professional company in all respects, and many other trades businesses could take a leaf out of their book.
Five stars are not enough to recognise the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the staff of APS Double Glazing!
