Latest UPVC Double Glazing installation in Williamstown
Ellie lives on a major route in Williamstown near one of the yacht clubs and was having major issues with traffic noise pollution and direct sun through her large stacker doors making the living area unusable in the summer.
APS visited an offered a free no obligation quotation to remove the old doors and corner glass fixed frames and install a UPVC 6 pane stacking door system with frameless glass corner unit. To reduce the effects of the noise and heat transfer we offered balanced glass units with sound control glass on one pane and argon filled double glazed unit and a highly efficient Low E panel.
This was the widest door APS had installed in Victoria at 8150mm and the second largest we had installed Australia. The whole frame had to be specially designed and installed in situ.
The results are outstanding, and the client is enthralled by with the finished product, noise reduction and now the area is usable in the summer.
