Vinay, wanted to improve the thermal & sound efficiency of his home whilst also having a maintenance free solution so he did not have to paint timber windows. Our consultant visited his home and offered APS to quality UPVC windows frames coupled with our energy and sound efficient glass units. Our fully trained and employed installers installed 5 windows and doors Vinay was impressed not only in the product but our communication and the fact our installers clean up after themselves.
I had a great experience with APS from the initial quote to installation a few weeks ago . Julie was prompt in coming out to my home near Bacchus Marsh (when other double glazing companies were reluctant to come out so far ) to discuss my needs and give me a quote . She took the time to explain uPVC double glazing , answered all my questions and addressed my concerns patiently . The quote was very competitive and offered good value for money . Julie and the admin team (special mention to Tina as well ) did their best to have my windows manufactured in a timely manner and have them installed on a date that suited my work commitments. I appreciated that they were flexible in accommodating this request for me. The installation crew ( Richie, Zoran and David) came in a timely manner , were very polite , friendly and professional . They finished the work ahead of schedule and cleaned up after them. I was very pleased with their work . Upon final payment , I received my warranty certificate . It’s been a great and smooth experience with APS and would be happy for them to undertake double glazing for the rest of my house . Also happy to recommend them to my own family and friends .
