The guarantee had run out and so had their willingness to repair it. We contacted APS with the view of having the door replaced. Andy inspected the offending door and quickly found the problem. After a short adjustment and a few cups of tea the door had been repaired. We were delighted with the outcome but more so that there is someone like Andy that is honest.
